Automatic polishing machine is a device that replaces manual polishing with mechanical automation, widely used for surface treatment of materials such as metals, plastics, ceramics, glass, etc., to improve smoothness, remove burrs, or achieve mirror effect.
1. Core components of automatic polishing machine
Mechanical arm/motion system
Multi axis robotic arm (commonly 6-axis) or Cartesian coordinate robot, responsible for precise control of polishing path.
High rigidity structure reduces vibration and ensures stable polishing pressure.
2. Polishing tools
Electric/pneumatic polishing wheels, sanding belts, fiber wheels, etc., with materials selected according to the workpiece (such as wool wheels for metal mirror surfaces).
Multi head design with optional rotation and linear compound motion, synchronously processing different areas.

PLC or industrial PC control, integrated force control and visual feedback.
Support offline programming (such as generating paths through CAD models).
