Water Hose Tensile Testing machine is an equipment specifically used to test the tensile performance of the tap hose (inlet pipe), mainly used to evaluate the tensile strength, elongation rate and other mechanical properties of the hose.
Main Features
Tensile Strength Test: Measuring the maximum resistance of the hose during the stretching process
Elongation test: record the elongation before the hose breaks
Destructive testing: Limit tests can be performed up to breakage
Durability test: Simulation of repeated stretching conditions in long-term use
Technical Parameters
Test force range: usually 0-5000N (can be customized as required)
Test speed: adjustable (e.g. 10-500mm/min)
stroke: 300-1000mm
Accuracy Grade: Grade 0.5 or Grade 1
Data acquisition: Automatic recording of force-displacement curves
Test Standards
Such equipment generally meets the following criteria:
GB/T 14525-2010 General Technical Conditions for Corrugated Metal Hose
ISO 3822 - Bathroom Equipment Performance Testing Standard
ASME A112.18.1 Pipeline Equipment Standard
Application Areas
Mainly used by bathroom product manufacturers, quality inspection agencies and R & D centers to ensure that tap hoses meet safety and service life requirements.
